Our Story
Founded in 1988, the mission of the Rhode Island Coalition to End Homelessness (the Coalition) is to work collaboratively to create and advance lasting solutions to prevent and end homelessness in Rhode Island. We are a data driven organization that regularly reviews our inputs, outputs, and outcomes to ensure we are delivering high quality services and coordination. Most importantly, we are guided by a central philosophy that no one understands homelessness and how to end it better than those who have lived through it themselves.
As a team, we are a rapidly growing and dedicated group of people who are passionate about social and housing justice. When we asked the staff how they would describe our company culture they said words like collaborative, flexible, motivating & inspiring, welcoming, and ambitious.
We look forward to having you as part of our team in the future. All of our jobs are posted on Indeed, so feel free to follow our organization for immediate updates.
The Rhode Island Coalition for the Homeless does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, and disability in our work, employment, and/or the provision of our services.
